Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Scope
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made directly from TabHangar through our website or Stripe Checkout. If you purchased through another platform, that platform’s billing and refund rules may apply.
This Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
2. Plans and trial charges
TabHangar currently offers:
- US$3.99 monthly subscriptions;
- US$39.90 yearly subscriptions; and
- US$59.90 lifetime purchases.
The seven-day Pro trial does not require a credit card and does not automatically convert into a paid plan. No charge is made when the trial ends. The account returns to the Free plan unless you separately complete a paid purchase.
3. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a monthly or yearly subscription through the account or payment-management link we provide. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You normally retain paid access until the end of the current paid billing period.
Deleting the extension does not necessarily cancel a subscription. You must complete cancellation through the available account or billing controls, or contact us at [BILLING EMAIL].
4. Voluntary refunds
Subject to the mandatory rights described below, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase of a monthly plan, yearly plan, or lifetime plan. We may consider the extent to which the paid Service was used when reviewing a request, but we will not use this Policy to remove a mandatory statutory remedy.
For a subscription renewal, contact us promptly after the charge and before substantial use of the renewed period. We will review renewal requests case by case.
To request a refund, email [BILLING EMAIL] with:
- the email address associated with your TabHangar account;
- the Stripe receipt, invoice, or transaction identifier;
- the plan purchased; and
- a brief explanation of the request.
We normally respond within [REFUND RESPONSE TIME]. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to display the refund.
5. Lifetime purchases
A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment for access to the paid TabHangar features during the commercial lifetime of the TabHangar service. It is not a subscription and does not create a guarantee that the service, every feature, or every third-party integration will operate indefinitely.
6. Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights relating to digital content, digital services, conformity, cancellation, withdrawal, or refunds.
If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants a cooling-off or withdrawal period, those rights may apply. Where permitted by law, you may lose a right to withdraw once you expressly request immediate performance of a digital service and acknowledge the legal consequences. The exact treatment depends on your location and the transaction.
7. Failed, duplicate, or unauthorized payments
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or believe a payment was unauthorized, contact us immediately at [BILLING EMAIL]. We may ask for transaction details so that we can investigate with Stripe.
Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when our plans, payment systems, or legal obligations change. The version displayed at the time of your purchase generally governs that purchase, subject to mandatory law.
9. Contact
Refund and cancellation requests should be sent to [BILLING EMAIL].
